- Sean performed his first workout with weights at the age of 12, attained his first job in a gym at 16, and became a personal trainer at 18.
- Sean has trained over 5,000 sessions with clients between ages 6 and 87.
- His experiences as a trainer include helping clients: lose 25 pounds of fat in six weeks and over 40 pounds overall (both with no aerobics involved), have injury-free marathons and marathon training, run faster; decrease symptoms from osteo and rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, lumbar disc injuries, chronic trapezius tension, type II diabetes, and hypertension; regain full strength within 10 weeks of a hip replacement for a 70 year old, increase bone density in seniors, and help previously weak individuals gain enough strength to perform all daily activities and even go skiing.

- Sean uses unique, effective, and safe exercise and nutrition methods to bring clients to their desired goals with only two 30 minute sessions per week.
- Sean currently trains clients at Doctors Fitness Center in Phoenix, AZ. He has instructed for Serious Strength in NYC and SuperSlow of Scottsdale in Arizona.
- He received a Bachelor's Degree from LIU Southampton College, a degree in Massage Therapy from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy, and is certified as a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine.
- Currently, Sean is working on a masters degree in Exercise and Wellness and conducts research at Arizona State University.
- Sean played NCAA Division II volleyball for Southampton College.
- He is a member of the Nutrition and Metabolism Society.
- Born and raised in NY, Sean has also lived on a sail boat and now resides in Phoenix, AZ. When not reading, training, or writing for his blog, Sean is a season ticket holder for the Arizona Cardinals, works towards a personal goal of visiting all 50 states, and participates in a number of outdoor activities/sports.
